Wurstmaxe in Leverkusen

Whether you are hungry in between meals or with friends, I can only recommend Wurstmaxe. Great quality, great price-performance ratio and then this friendly service. Total service, can only be recommended. Again and again, and to Wurstmaxe himself: Please keep it up.

Unfortunately, the quality of the goods changes very often. Sometimes I ate very good sauce and perfect fries here. But there have been days when my fries were mushy and drowned in sauce. Generally I try it out again and again and like to eat here.

Currywurst with french fries and ... is only suitable for immediate consumption: if you like cold fries, it's your own fault. The paper packaging with 2 sheets does not keep anything warm. Unfortunately there are no eating aids and the service = you don't know how to write it ... = won't be back.

Once or twice a year I feel the need for currywurst with fries and today's experience at Wurstmaxe has disappointed me greatly. The fries were drowned in mayo and the portion was below average. Maybe it is due to Corona or new workforce, definitely not recommended.

The fries are really tasty. There are, however, deductions for the currywurst. It's just not really hot and, strangely, not cut properly.

Was there last night - I didn't see that blue sack. Everything tastes great! Hygiene is also exemplary - employees disinfect their hands in between. I'll be back 100%! Thank you for your kindness! All the best - stay healthy!

Was back at Wurstmax for the first time. The currywurst was better 20 years ago. The hygienic conditions were also bad. Buns taste like rubber and are pulled out of a blue sack with your hands. What makes you positive. Not recommended.

Got currywurst and french fries tonight. The currywurst catastrophic. Really, not even properly cut. We won't fetch anything anymore. Really not to be recommended. What else needs to be said. The rolls are packed by hand. So nothing with hygiene or something. And that during the corona pandemic!

Unfriendly service and the food is a matter of taste

The sausages and fries there are simply delicious. The curry sauce the hit. A real culinary delight for sausage lovers

I was there today on September 18, 2020 around 8 p.m. and ordered 2x currywurst with fries to take away. The staff was extremely rude. It was also noticed that the employee added the rolls (rubber eagles) to the curry sausages with his bare hands. In times of Corona or the flu time in general, a very stupid idea because he then collected the cash unprotected. The food and the service was in no way as it was known from the past. So if you want a mediocre currywurst with poor service and hygienically questionable conditions, you are in good hands there. I won't eat there anymore.

Was there for a currywurst with french fries to eat. I also got a totally soggy old bread roll from a plastic sack As well as a warm Fanta. Not that bad, but what they process there as bratwurst etc. tastes like rubber and foam. The two boys just put the sausage on the plate to keep it warm. The quality is far below the worst stadium sausage! Really disgusting, I still feel sick.

Super delicious sausage and chips. We recommend. The waitress is always smiling too. I like to be with you!

We can only confirm the positive comments and can only say again. We were there on recommendation and everything was consistent. Feel free to go there and form your own opinion. Its worth it.

Always an asset for Leverkusen! This is and remains the first point of contact in Leverkusen where you can get delicious food for little money! Also the staff always friendly, always for something funny! Keep up the good work!

Are the employees actually checked, trained or at least instructed? Krakauer bought at 18:10: completely burned. Since the stand only opens at 6:00 p.m., the sausage can only be warmed up the day before (delicious). The chips almost raw and hardly salted. The wrong sauce on the fries rounds off the overall picture. At the time I was the only customer with a 2-man cast!
